As a seasoned military brat, I had mastered the art of moving, organizing, and arranging a room by the time I was eight. That was about when I graduated to crafting doll house furniture and decorating my first piece of prime Barbie real estate. With my mother having served 26 years in the military with plenty of homes to decorate, our household became experts in DIY adventures.
Having grown up spoiled by expert movers who settled us in house after home, I soaked up valuable tips. Now, juggling twin girls, a husband with a busy career, a furry friend, and a growing design business, my passion lies in home organization, styling, and the thrill of finding that perfect piece.
My journey from reluctant advice-giver to a business owner started with a gentle push from my husband-okay, it was more of a kick. But, here we are, where I'm excited to share everything I learned from my mom and things I've picked up since then.
